- · Mobility’s:
France: Every time 7 Persons (2 teachers and 5 pupils)
Romania: 4 teachers/ 5 students for Belgium (number of teachers can change)
Spain: no students for this school-year
Belgium: no students (maybe)
Denmark: ?
- · For the visit in Belgium: 14/02 or one week earlier (Denmark)????
- Hostel/Families???
- Visits/ Sightseeing/ Integrated in the system / pupils? / meetings
- Denmark: visit-DATES OK???

- · Comenius-wall (drawings, newspapers, photographs)
- · Activities (document is in Dropbox) will be shared on the website: f.ex. 1. Video (5 min. max.), f.ex. 2 painters/artist/photographer,... of each country (=10 artits in total to choose for the partners)

- - Each school designates one coordinator for each activity.
- - Julie Carrard proposes a questionnaire to evaluate the activities, who is send to the partners.
- - After each visit the visited country sends an evaluation form to the partners.
- - There are 2 reports to write: june 2012 (August 2011-June 2012). We will get an e-mail of our national agency!
- - Read the contract (Martha shows?) in advance for the financial management: each country has a DAILY RATE
- - EST: each country has to publish a summary/the best outcomes composery in the own language (www.oapee-est.es/est/login.php) just PUT the link to the S.M.I. website!
- - Without EVALUATION we dont get the rest of the money (20%)
- - Dissemination (f.ex. links to the website) in the final report.
- - The budget of the 2 years must be planned in advance. You cannot spent to much or to little.

1. The headmaster and the director will explain the educational system and our school project.
2. Marta will speak about the project management (bureaucracy)
10.30 – 10.45 Guest teachers will introduce their school to all our staff (powerpoint, video, photos…)
10.45 – 11.15 Coffee break: Dishes from other countries are welcome!!
